India is a country where more than 25% of population is below poverty line. Healthcare is not affordable for these people. Homoeopathy is a holistic system of medicine and successful in many conditions like skin disease, kidney problems, allergies, asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. We are glad that this was the first ever biggest effort put forward in the field of homoeopathy by Lions Club at Noida to provide solace to such needy people in and around Noida. Noida Homoeopathic Medical Association had strengthened up the efforts of Lions Club by its services by the doctor members of this society. The purpose of this camp was to provide services to all the needy people especially people from lower socio- economic group, old people and people who though not belonging to lower socio-economic group but having lot of obstacles. It also focused to make people of Noida as well as surrounding area and NCR aware about homoeopathy and how homoeopathy is helpful in day to day common ailments as well as in chronic ailments.
The entire camp was coordinated by Dr. Nimesh S. K. There were more than 757 patients have benefited from this camp. Free medicines were also distributed to all the patients. There were also stalls of leading pharmaceutical companies.
